Premier Ventura Concrete and Masonry was founded in 2015 by a crew of tradespeople who grew up working on the older homes and hillside properties that make up so much of Ventura County. From the craftsman bungalows near downtown to the sloped lots in the Ondulando area, they had seen firsthand how clay soils, coastal salt air, and years of deferred maintenance can quietly undermine even a well-built structure.
The business started with foundation and masonry repair - fixing the problems homeowners had been putting off because they were not sure who to call or what it would cost. Over time, it grew into a full-service concrete and masonry operation covering everything from tuckpointing and chimney repair to retaining walls, driveway pavers, and outdoor kitchen construction.
